Molly began her practice before she began teaching it. Every class she leads draws from years of her own movement — the injuries, the rebuilding, the quiet discoveries that happen when you stop performing and start listening.
STOTT-certified in Pilates, with deep specialist knowledge of pre- and post-natal movement, Molly's approach layers Barre fundamentals and functional strength onto classical Pilates principles. The result is something technically rigorous and genuinely restorative.
